I want to create a dynamic and innovative school district for the students, teachers, administrators, parents and community members. My goal is to enhance the quality of public education and encourage students to excel to the next level.
It is my intent to retain as many knowledgeable and experienced teachers as possible. The goal is to increase starting salaries as well as merit pay for teachers.
Expanding workforce education programs not currently offered in the District and increasing enrollment in career academies.
Create a Bachelor Degree Pathway for gifted students in Escambia County, which would lower the cost of education.
